Ithaca, N.Y. - The Stony Brook women's tennis team fell to Seton Hall, 6-1, on Friday at Cornell University.

Karen Hansen was Stony Brook's lone winner in singles play, downing Nicole Cercone 6-2, 2-6, 6-2. Hansen then teamed with Martha Barrett in No. 1 doubles action to down the Pirates, 8-4.

With the loss, SB falls to 4-1 on the season.
