West Point, N.Y. - UMBC handed Stony Brook women's tennis a 6-1 defeat at Sunday at Army in West Point, N.Y. on Sunday. Karen Hansen earned Stony Brook's lone point of the day, defeating Tia Kaasalainen of UMBC, 6-3, 7-6 at third singles.

The loss dropped the Seawolves record to 4-3.

Later that day, Army upended the Seawolves also by the score of 6-1. Georgia Bushell won at fourth singles for the Brook. The Seawolves are now 4-4.
