Stony Brook, N.Y. - Make it four wins in a row for the Stony Brook women's tennis team. The Seawolves were dominant today against Sacred Heart, winning every match as they rolled to a 7-0 victory. Sophomores Claudia Sanua (Bryanstron, South Africa) and Paola Rodolfi (Asuncion, Paraguay) each dropped just one game on their way to singles wins at the top two flights.

Rodolfi and senior Sandy Wijeratne (Dubai, Unite Arab Emirates) won their second straight No. 2 doubles match by an 8-1 margin to start the string of wins for the Seawolves. Freshman Fanny Charliquart (Gueugnon, France) and senior Victoria Vovsha (Forest Hills, N.Y.) also had an easy time at No. 3 doubles with an 8-3 decision that put the first point of the day in the Stony Brook column. Sanua and junior Erica Federgreen (Scottsdale, Ariz.) completed the sweep in doubles play, taking an 8-6 win at the No. 1 slot.

Stony Brook continued its dominant play in singles action, winning all six contests in straight sets. None of the Seawolves dropped more than three games in a set in the victories. After Rodolfi and Sanua picked up their impressive wins at Nos. 1-2, Wijerante took a 6-3, 6-0 decision over Nicole Betz at No. 3. Federgreen won at No. 4, picking up a 6-3, 6-3 victory over Elizabeth Harrington, while Charliquart dropped just two games in her No. 5 win. Vovsha was just as good at No. 6, taking a 6-2, 6-1 win over Britany Price.

Stony Brook will be back in action on Wednesday when it travels to Hofstra for a 2:30 p.m. match.
