The Stony Brook women's tennis team rolled to its fourth straight win with a 7-0 win over NJIT Saturday afternoon.
The Seawolves (8-1) won all six singles flights and dominated doubles play.
Senior Polina Movchan (Kiev, Ukraine) and freshman Yana Nikolaeva (Thornhill, Ontario) combined for an 8-0 win at No. 2 doubles.
Sophomore Adey Osabuohien (Hazel Crest, Ill.) and junior Becky Shtilkind (Brooklyn, N.Y.) teamed to post an 8-2 victory at No. 3 doubles.
Movchan earned a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Carolina Zanotta at No. 1 singles.
Sophomore Nadia Smergut (New York, N.Y.) won 6-3, 6-0 at No. 3 and senior Cassandra Dix (Northamptonshire, United Kingdom) captured a 6-0, 6-2 win at No. 6 singles.
Stony Brook will host UMBC on Friday afternoon and LIU Brooklyn Saturday.
