Williamsburg, Va. -
The Stony Brook outdoor track & field teams competed in their first road meet of the spring season Friday and Saturday at the Colonial Relays, hosted by William & Mary.
Coach Ronan’s Take
“Kaylyn Gordon and Christine Eisenberg competed very well against strong fields in their events. We were pleased with the 4x100 women's relay team, the men's 4x800 and men's sprint medley teams.
“We did not have a good meet on the distance event side of the meet. I feel some of athletes did not handle the level of competition or warm conditions very well. But we move on with the hope we will gain from this experience over the coming weeks.”
