Providence, R.I.—The Stony Brook women's tennis team took down Bryant Friday Feb. 24
th. The Seawolves beat the bulldogs 6-1 in singles and 2-1 in doubles.
"The ladies played tough tonight and stayed mentally locked in throughout the entire match. That is the type of effort we'll require every time we step on the court moving forward, " said head coach

Highlights
- Duo Elizabeth Tsvetkov (Brooklyn, N.Y.) and Nadia Smergut (New York, N.Y.) took down Marion Bouillin and Ryan Brown 6-1 in doubles.
- Yana Nikolaeva (Thornhill, Ontario) and Amanda Foo (Manhasset, N.Y.) beat Stefanie Arrogo and Briana Leonard 7-6 (6) in doubles.
- Tsvetkov beat Bouillin in singles 6-2, 5-7, 6-4.
- Nikolaeva took down Ashanti Campfield 6-2, 6-1 in singles.
- Smergut beat Nina Luiggi in singles 6-3, 7-5.
- Ester Chikvashvili (Melville, N.Y.) took down Brown 6-4, 6-2.
- Devanshi Bhimjiyani (Rajkot, India) beat Leonard 6-3, 6-0.
