Live Stats

Stony Brook, N.Y. – A select few of the Stony Brook track and field team will travel to Philadelphia, Pa. for the Penn Relays.

The Seawovles will compete in the 4x100 relay, 4x200 relay, and 4x400 relay. Christine Eisenberg will be competing in the women's 3000m steeplechase and Michael Watts and Danny Connelly will participate in the men's 5000m.

"The Penn Relays is a unique event, outside the fact it is the oldest track meet, it gives us a chance to expose the program to a lot of high school athletes that would not normally see us compete. It also gives our athletes a chance to compete on the big stage against the best programs in the country. Our goals are to be competitive in each event we participate in and gain valuable experience that will help us in the championship events to come, " said head coach Andy Ronan.
