Game Recap: Women's Lacrosse |

Eight Players Record a Point, Powering Seawolves Past Michigan on the Road

ANN ARBOR, Michigan – No. 1 Stony Brook women's lacrosse continued its impressive start to the non-conference portion of its 2018 schedule on Monday, downing Michigan, 16-3, from U-M Lacrosse Stadium.

QUOTING HEAD COACH Joe Spallina
"This was a great road trip for our team, beating two Big Ten programs on the road is great! We have a close group that enjoys being together, and that translates on to the field with the way they play for each other. I can't say enough about our defense, they do such a good job adjusting and making opposing offenses uncomfortable. Offensively, every goal we scored that wasn't a free position one was assisted. That's the way we play and I love that about us."
