Box Score MILFORD, Conn. — After a strong doubles push to begin the match, the Stony Brook tennis program rode that momentum to victory to snap its three-match losing skid on Saturday night, knocking off Fairfield 4-3 at the Milford Indoor Tennis Complex.
Mathilde Sreeves and Loretto Villalba Rubio combined for the No. 1 doubles win and
Chandrika Joshi and
Kristine Theys teamed up for the No. 2 doubles victory to secure the point.
In singles, Rubio, Theys and Joshi all secured their second singles victories in as many matches, winning at No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 to clinch the team win.
