QUOTES FROM THE SEAWOLVES
"When you come to a meet like this, everything has to go well to produce quality performances. Rob, while he didn't race well tactically, he produced another fine performance. It shows how he has matured and feels confident in his ability to perform at this level. It was a mixed bag for the 5k guys, Evan ran well in his section, starting his outdoor season with a personal best run. Colin and Shane struggled for different reasons but will bounce back in the weeks to come," said head coach Andrew Ronan.
