RICHMOND, Va. - A total of 202 Stony Brook student-athletes were named to the Coastal Athletic Association Spring 2024 Commissioner's Honor Roll, the league announced Thursday afternoon.

The CAA recognized 3,876 student-athletes for the 2024 spring semester across the league's 14 full-time members and five associate members. Student-athletes that earned a cumulative grade point average of a 3.0 or higher were acknowledged for their accomplishments in the classroom. 

Among the 202 Seawolves achieving academic excellence, 40 earned High Honors with Distinction (4.0 GPA), 62 with High Honors (3.7-4.0) and 160 with Honors (3.0-3.7). 

Stony Brook has had more than 200 student-athletes named to the CAA Commissioner's Honor Roll for each semester that the institution has been a member, four in total.
