BOSTON, MASS.- Stony Brook swimming and diving opened its conference schedule against Northeastern on Saturday, falling to the Huskies by a 65-209 scoreline.

The Seawolves picked up seven top-three event finishes as a team, including a win in the 200-yard freestyle relay.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Sara Baxter, Mia Saavedra, Zoe Rebol, and Meredith Yuhasz teamed up to win the 200-yard freestyle relay, combining for a final time of 1:46.06.
• Francesca Baber took second in the 500-yard freestyle, finishing in 5:19.28.
• Michelle Vu placed second in the 50-yard butterfly, finishing in 26.34.
• Alanna DePinto swam to a third-place finish in the 100-yard IM, finishing in 1:02.17.
• Aili Talcott finished third in the 200-yard breaststroke with a final time of 2:34.95. 
• Clara Armstrong placed third in the 200-yard butterfly, finishing in 2:15.79.
• Natalia Chornomidza took third in the 3-meter diving event with a final score of 245.25.
