STONY BROOK, N.Y. — In its first home meet of the season, the Stony Brook swimming and diving team secured a decisive victory on Saturday afternoon, defeating Siena 223-76 at University Pool. The Seawolves dominated, winning all 16 events during the meet, including setting a new pool record in the 400-yard freestyle relay.

Stony Brook saw key contributions from all across the roster, allowing the Seawolves to cruise to victory over the Saints. All 16 events on Saturday, 14 in the pool and two on the diving board, were won by Stony Brook. Five different Seawolf swimmers recorded multi-event win days, including Alanna DePinto, Michelle Vu, and Francesca Baber with four, and Sara Baxter and Carson Kien with two.
