Cross Country: Won the Stony Brook Season Opener with a time of 14:21.24... Finished the Coast to Coast Battle with a time of 18:17.1... Ran in the America East Championship and finished sixth with a time of 17:34.18... Earned All-Conference First Team honors.

2017-18 (Senior) 
Cross Country: Finished second the Stony Brook Season Opener with a time of 13:56.71… came in second in the Wolfie Invitational with a time of 17:50.19… was named America East Performer of the Week for her performance at the Wolfie Invitational… finished seventh in the Princeton Invitational with a time of 21:41.2… received First Team All-Conference for her performance at the America East Championships coming in fifth with a time of 17:41.77… finished 60^th with a time 22:59.9 at the NCAA Regional…

Indoor: Competed in the mile (5:09.60) at the Penn 8-Team Select (1/21)… part of the seventh place distance medley (12:19.53) and ran the 1000m (2:59.30) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/28)… competed in the mile (4:59.50) at the Fastrack Invitational (2/10)… part of the first place 4x800m relay team (8:57.93) and took fifth in the mile (4:54.58) at the America East Indoor Championships (2/25)… ran the mile (5:03.47) at the ECAC Championships (3/4)…  

Cross Country: Placed sixth at the Stony Brook Season Opener (9/3) Finished 46^th at the America East Championships (10/30)

Cross Country: Ran in six meets … Represented the Seawolves at the NCAA Northeast Regional (11/14) … Finished sixth in the 4K (15:00.6) at the Stony Brook Season Opener (8/30) … Placed 17th in the 5K (18:32.7) at the America East Championships (11/1).

High School: Five-year letter winner at Miller Place High Schoool...captained both cross country and track and field...selected all-league, all-countyand all-division for cross country from 2009-14...named All-State and All-Federation from 2011-14 in cross country...named all-league, all-division and All-County from 2010-14 in indoor track...chosen All-State and All-Federation from 2011-14 in indoor track ...named all-league for outdoor track from 2009-14...tabbed All-State and All-Federation from 2012-14 for outdoor track.

Personal 
Daughter of Jose and Jackie Buevara...sister of Talia, Siara and Angelina Guevara...sister Talia is always on the cross country and track team at Stony Brook.
