Biography
2007-2008:
Finished second in the indoor 500-meter at the America East Championships (2/23)... placed seventh in the outdoor 400-meter at the America East Championships (5/4)... named to the America East Indoor All-Conference team... crossed fifth in the indoor 500-meter at the Fordham Invitational (12/7)... took 18th in the indoor 400-meter at the Gotham Caup (1/18)... finished fourth in the outdoor 400-meter at the Yale Invitational (4/27).
2006-07:
Member of the distance medley relay team that finished third at the Yale Invitational... member of the second-place distance medley team at the University of Rhode Island Mega Meet.
2005-06:
finished 3rd in a personal best time in the 400m at the Yale Invite... Member of the winning 4x100m relay team at the Qunnipiac Invite... Ran a seasons best in the 500m at the Albany Invite.
Before Stony Brook:
Compeated in the 400m for Seton Hall University.

Lettered in track for two years, football for four years, baseball for four years, and basketball for two years.
