Cross Country: Named to the All-CAA team after his performance at CAA Championship… Placed eighth at the Stony Brook Season Opener with a final time of 19:06.6 (6K) and an average mile time of 05:07.4… Earned a twelfth-place finish at the Providence Friar Invitational with a final time of 24:35.4 (8K) and an average mile time of 04:56.8… Placed two-hundred-thirteenth at the Paul Short Run with a final time of 24:46.0 (Men’s College Gold 8K)… Collected a twentieth-place finish at ECAC XC Championships with a final time o 24:40.5 (Men’s 8k) and an average mile time of 04:57.8… Earned a ninth-place finish at the CAA Cross Country Championships with a final time of 25:02.8 (8k) and an average mile time of 05:02.4.

2021-22 (Senior)
Outdoor: Member of the DMR team that set a new program record and recorded a second-place overall finish at the Penn Relays with a final time of 9:46.79 ... Earned a ninth-place finish in the 1500m at the Mark Young Invite ... Secured a 10th place finish in the 5000m at the Colonial Relays ... America East Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Indoor: Placed ninth in the mile at the the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships with a final time 4:09.12 ... Secured an eighth-place finish in the 3000m at the Fastrack Last Chance with a personal best time of 8:20.33 ... Took third in the mile at the Great Dane Classic ... Earned a seventh-place finish in the 3000m at the Penn 10-Team Select ... Earned a first-place finish in the mile at the Fordham Invite ... Member of the DMR team that earned a first-place finish at the Fordham Invite. 

Cross Country: Took 79th at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships ... Placed 17th at the America East Cross Country Championships ... Competed at the Princeton Cross Country Invite, Lehigh Paul Short Run, Friar Cross Country Invite, and the Stony Brook Cross Country Invite ... America East Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2020-21 (Junior)
Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 1500m at the America East Outdoor Track & Field Championships (3:52.39) ... Earned a second-place finish in the 1500m at the Fordham Icahn Invite ... Took fourth in the 1500m at the Wolfie Invite with a personal best time of 3:50.12 ... America East Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Cross Country: Placed 22nd at the America East Cross Country Championships ... America East Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2019-20 (Sophomore)
Indoor:  Part of 4x800m team that set school record and won America East Indoor Championship (7:35.62).

Cross Country: Placed 59th at NCAA Northeast Regional, completing 10k in 30:01.7… Placed 23rd at America East Cross Country Championships, crossing the line in 24:49.8 (8k)… Took 32nd at Princeton Cross Country Invitational, finishing in 24:48.5 (8k)… Completed Paul Short Run in 24:29.5 (8k), placing 87th… Took 64th overall at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, crossing the line in 25:31 (8k)... Placed sixth in Wolfie Invitational, completing eight-kilometer course in 26:00.19.

2018-19 (Freshman)
Outdoor: Helped his 1600m SMR to a third place finish at the Stony Brook Snow Flake Spring Opener… Finished fourth in the 1600 at the Spring Opener with a time of 3:59.28… Won the 4x1500 with his relay team at the 2019 Colonial Relays, finishing with a 15:40.65 time… Competed in the America East Championships, running a personal best 3:56.35 in the 1500 and helping his 4x800 relay team to a sixth place finish.   

Indoor: Placed second in the mile and DMR at the Brian Horowitz Invitational, running the mile in 4:25.24 and helping his DMR team to a 10:53.77 mark… Competed in the America East Championships, placing ninth in the mile with a personal best time of 4:15.14 and seventh in the 4x800 with a total time of 7:52.38… Competed in the DMR at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Cross Country: Finished the Stony Brook Season Opener 11th with a time of 18:59.37... Ran in the Coast to Coast Battle and finished with a time of 25:59.6... Finished the Princeton University Invitational with a time of 25:24.3.

AT WALT WHITMAN HIGH SCHOOL: 2018 graduate of Walt Whitman High School... Four-year winner in cross country...competed in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m.
