2019-20
Indoor: America East Honor Roll ... Placed ninth in 400m (50.53) ... Part of a quartet that finished second in the 4x400m (3:24.15) at the Robert Elkin Invitational ... Ran as part of a 4x400m team that placed sixth (3:20.85) at the Millrose Games ... Ran a career-best 50.17 in the 400m at the America East Indoor Championship.

2018-19 (Sophomore)
Outdoor: Was part of the 4x400 team that took second (3:26.85) while also taking fifth (50.78) at the Wolfie Invitational... Competed on the 4x400 team that took ninth (3:22.84) at the UCONN Northeast Challenge... Finished seventh (36.29) in the 300m at the Stony Brook University Snow Flake Opener.

Indoor: Ran 22.56 in the 200m at the 2019 America East Indoor Championship... Finished sixth in the 400m (51.72) at the Brian Horowitz Invitational... Was part of the 4x400 team that finished third (3:31.89) at the Brian Horowitz Invitational while also taking sixth (3:26.64) at the Fastrack National Invite.

High School
a 2017 graduate of Smithtown High School West… a three-year letter winner in indoor and outdoor track… as a senior he was named team captain… Cappock also earned All-League, All-Division, and was named team MVP for the 2017 season…

Son of Laura and Brian Cappock… brother of Nicole and Jennifer Cappock ... Biology major and bioengineering minor ... Earned bachelor's degree in December 2020 with Senior Academic Achievement Award.
