Stony Brook, NY -- - Tickets for the 2002-2003 Stony Brook Seawolves men's and women's basketball seasons are now on sale. Season tickets can be purchased by phone, mail or at the SBU Sports Complex Ticket Office. Single game tickets can also be purchased on-line.
The men's team returns all five starters to the 2002-03 edition and will play 15 games inside the SBU Sports Complex, starting Saturday, November 23rd when the Seawolves battle Sacred Heart at 2:00 p.m. A December 21 non-conference tilt with Long Island rival Hofstra University highlights the home schedule in the first half of the season.
Stony Brook will battle eight America East foes at home beginning January 8 when the Hartford Hawks come to town. New York State rival Albany comes to town Saturday, January 19 at 4:00 p.m. while Binghamton comes to the Sports Complex February 25 for a 7:00 p.m. tilt.
The Seawolves return Larry Jennings and DJ Munir to this year's team and welcome the inside play of 6'7" Fordham transfer Cori Spencer.
Season tickets start at 70 dollars. The Seawolves also have the following brand-new ticket packages available for sale:

The women - just ten seconds removed from a trip to the NCAA Tournament a season ago - welcome back leading scorer and rebounder Sherry Jordan. The women add four new faces to the 2002-2003 team and will play 14 games at home this season.
Th home schedule is highlighted by visits from Wright State on Tuesday, November 26 to open the season and from St. John's, who comes to the Sports Complex on Monday, December 2 at 7:00 p.m. The Seawolves battle eight America East foes at home, including key match-ups against defending America East Conference champ Hartford on Wednesday, February 19 at 7:00 p.m. and Albany on Wednesday, March 5 at 7:00 p.m.
