Online Renewals

Similar to the last year, you will have the option of renewing your seats online as all current season ticket holders already have an account set up. If you are unsure of your password, you may have to click on the “Forgot Password” link in order to gain access.

Payment Plan

For your convenience, we will be offering payment plans exclusively online. If you choose to take advantage of this opportunity, you will be charged in three installments.
As a reminder, if you have a charitable gift attached to your tickets and would like to pay by check, please be sure to submit two separate checks. The check for the tickets should be made out to “Stony Brook Athletics” and the check for the donation to “Stony Brook Foundation."
- IMPORTANT NOTE: The new tax bill recently approved in both the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives has eliminated existing tax deductions for gifts associated with priority seating at athletic events for 2018 and beyond. For 2018-19, charitable gifts attached to tickets will be accepted by the Stony Brook Foundation, but you will not receive a tax credit. We recommend all donors consult a tax professional before making any tax-related decisions.

Relocations

If you are interested in relocating your seats, please be sure to place your request at the time of renewal by emailing Crystal de la Parra at Crystal.delaParra@stonybrook.edu. Due to the high volume of requests, relocations are not guaranteed and will not be considered without payment. All relocation requests will be filled based on your Seawolves Points ranking.
While we hope you take full advantage of our online renewal system, you may also renew by visiting us at the Seawolves Ticket Office located inside the Island Federal Credit Union Arena, paying over the phone with a credit card, or mailing in a check.
