Outdoor: placed second in the men’s 5000m run (14:25.42) at the Ocean State Invitational.. came in second in the men’s 10000m run and broke the school record (29:44.84) at the Penn Relays… took second in the men’s 5000m run (14:28.88) at the America East Outdoor Championships…
Indoor: placed third in the men’s 5000m run (14:29.53) at the Dr. Sander Invitational… ran in the men’s 3000m run (8:23.96) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational… came in second in the 5000m run (14:07.25) at the men’s America East Indoor Championships…
Cross Country: Won the Wolfie Invitational with a time of 24:23.00 … was named America East Performer of the week for his performance at the Wolfie Invitational (9/13) … finished 53

Finished third at the America East Championships with a time of 24:48.2 Earned Most Outstanding Rookie and First Team All-Conference for this third place finish at the America East Championships (10/30). Placed 44th at the NCAA Northeast Regional with a time of 31:46.43 (11/11).

Four year letter winner in cross country and track at Cashmere High School… competed in the 300m and cross country… earned N2 secondary schools road champion in 2013… was apart of the N2 secondary schools cross country championship team in ’13.’14, and ’15… earned N2 U18 cross country champion in 2014… earned N2 U20 cross country champion in 2016… earned Canterbury regional non-stadia junior athlete of the year in 2015 and 2016… was Cashmere high school sports person of the year finalist in 2015 and 2016… was awarded Cashmere McCombs scholarship for top all around student in 2016…
