2024-25 (Freshman):
Outdoor: Opened the season by finishing fourth in the mile (4:29.13) in the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… At the Colonial Relays placed 12th in the 1500-meter (4:00.38) and fourth in the 4x1500 (16:18.33)… Had back-to-back top-five finishes in the 1500-meter at the Mark Young Invitational (3:58.73) and the Larry Ellis Invitational (3:55.89)… Finished with a season-best time of 3:55.76 in the 1500-meter at the CAA Outdoor Championships.

Indoor: Made his collegiate debut at the Rutgers Holiday Classic where he finished ninth in the 3000-meter (8:41.10)… Followed up with another top-10 finish after placing seventh in the 1000-meter (2:35.05) in the Spartan Invitational… Ran in the mile (4:25.92) and was a part of the sixth-place 4x800 team (7:52.79) in the CAA Indoor Championships.

Cross Country: Did not compete.

AT SAINT ANTHONY'S: Four-year letterwinner with one year as captain… Two-time All-State cross country/Indoor track and field… 2024 All-State outdoor track and field selection… Four-time All-League outdoor track and field… Two-time All-League cross country… 2023 and 2024 team MVP for cross country and outdoor track and field… 2023 First team All-Region cross country… 2024 All-American indoor track and field… All-Long Island section 2023 in cross country and indoor/outdoor track and field… Member of two league championship teams and one catholic state championship team… Placed second in the 4x800 at the 2024 Nike Indoor Nationals.
