Recorded an eighth place finish in the 1500m at the Northeast Challenge ... Set a new personal best in the 800m (1:58.55) at the Colonial Relays.

Cross Country: Named to the All-CAA team after his performance at CAA Championship… Placed fifth at the Stony Brook Season Opener with a final time of 19:03.8(6K) and an average mile time of 05:06.7… Earned a seventh-place finish at the Providence Friar Invitational with a final time of 24:35.4(8K) and an average mile time of 04:56.8… Placed ninety-second at the Paul Short Run with a final time of 23:57.1(Men’s College Gold 8K)… Earned a thirty-sixth place finish at ECAC XC Championships with a final time of 25:01.7(Men’s 8k) and an average mile time of 05:02.1… Crossed the finish line in twelfth-place at the CAA Cross Country Championships with a final time of 25:20.6(8k) and an average mile time of 05:06.0.

2021-22 (Senior)
Outdoor: Placed 28th in the 1500m at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships ... Won the 1500m at the Yale Springtime Invite (3:57.87) ... Secured a 16th place overall finish in the 1500m at the Penn Relays with a personal best time of 3:52.74 ... Earned a fourth-place finish in the 5000m at the Colonial Relays with a personal best time of 14:29.12.

Indoor: Secured a 15th place finish in the mile at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships with a personal best time of 4:06.79 ... Earned a second-place finish in the 1000m at the Fastrack Last Chance with a personal best time of 2:28.14 ... Part of the DMR team that took third at the Fastrack Last Chance (10:22.76) ... Placed second in the mile at the Fastrack National Invite ... Earned a fourth-place finish in the mile at the Great Dane Classic ... Placed fourth in the 3000m at the Penn 10-Team Select with a personal best time of 8:19.59 ... Placed second in the mile at the Fordham Invite ... Cross Country: Placed 58th at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships ... Took 18th at the America East Cross Country Championships ... Earned a fourth-place finish at the Stony Brook Cross Country Invite ... Competed at the Lehigh Paul Short Run and Friar Cross Country Invite.

2020-21 (Junior)
Outdoor: Took 19th in the 1500m at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships ... Secured a 10th place finish in the 1500m at the America East Outdoor Championships ... Member of the 4x800m team that secured a fifth-place finish at the America East Outdoor Championships (7:39.11) ... Earned a sixth-place finish in the 1500m at the Wolfie Invite ... Placed 22nd in the 1500m at the Colonial Relays ... Competed in the mile at the Ocean State Invite.

Cross Country: Placed 21st at the America East Cross Country Championships.

2019-20 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Took 16th in the 1000m at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships .... Member of the DMR team that placed eighth at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships ... Placed 13th in the 1000m at the America East Indoor Championships ... Member of the 4x800m team that took first at the America East Indoor Championships ... Placed 12th in te 1000m at the UAlbany Winter Classic ... Took 12th in the 3000m at the Penn 8 Team Select.

Cross Country: Placed 22nd at America East Cross Championships, finishing 8k in 24:49.6 to help Stony Brook to team title… Completed Princeton Invitational in 24:46.2 (8k), taking 31st… Took 26th at Paul Short Run, completing 8k in 24:55.3… Finished ninth at Stony Brook Season Opener, finishing six-kilometer course in 18:56.46.

2018-19 (Freshman)
Outdoor: Came in second in the 1500 at the Stony Brook Snow Flake Spring Opener with  time of 3:59.85… Helped his 1600m SMR team finish second at the Snow Flake Spring Opener… Placed second in the 1500 at the Wolfie Invitational with a time of 3:58.44… Competed in the America East Championships, helping his 4x800 relay team place sixth with a time of 7:45.67 and recording a personal best time of 3:56.26 in the 1500. 

Indoor: Placed seventh in the 800 at the Mets Indoor Track and Field Championships with a personal best time of 1:59.85… Competed in the America East Championships, running a personal best 2:31.98 in the 1000 and helping his Distance Medley Relay team to a third place finish… Attended the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with his Distance Medley Relay team.

Cross Country: Finished the Stony Brook Season Opener with a time of 19:29.47... Ran in the Coast to Coast Open Race and finished with a time of 16:22.1... Finished in Princeton University Invitational with a time of 26:01.2.

Personal: Health Science major.
