Cross Country: Placed 36th at CCSU Mini Meet, completing 5k in 15:37.3…Took 52nd overall in open race at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, crossing the line in 16:59 (5k)... Finished 27th at Stony Brook Season Opener, finishing six-kilometer course in 19:58.46 ... America East Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2018-19 (Sophomore)
Outdoor: Finished 13th (1:59.91) in the 800m at the Wolfie Invitational.

Cross Country: Finished the Stony Brook Season Opener with a time of 19:41.75... Ran in the Wolfie Invitational and finished with a time of 27:13.35.

2017-18 (Freshman) 
Did not compete in 2017-18 season.

Four year letter winner at Hauppauge High School in cross country and track & field... competed in the 5k in cross country... 600, 1000, 4x800, 4x800, 4x400 for indoor track & field... 400, 800, mile, 4x800, and 4x400 for outdoor track & field... earned All-League for cross country, indoor, adn outdoor track in '15,'16, and '17... earned All-County for cross country, indoor, and outdoor track in '16 and '17... was named team MVP for cross country in '16 and outdoor track in '17... was All State/ State Champion for indoor track & field in 2017 and for outdoor track & field in 2016... was named team captain for cross country in '15, '16, and '17... was named team captain for indoor and outdoor track & field in '16 and '17... was the secretary of the Honor Society, treasurer of the Band Officer, and treasure of the Interact Club.

Son of Jim and Susan Armstrong... brother of Courtney, Liam, and Shannon... cousin Tina Choinski ran cross country and track & field at Hamilton from 2011-2015 ... Majoring in mechanical engineering.
