2024-25 (Senior):
Cross Country: Finished 21st in the 6K (20:16.7) in the Stony Brook Season Opener… Ran a 26:19.9 in the 8K at the Jasper Fall XC Invitational.

2023-24 (Junior)
Outdoor: Earned a personal best 8:43.15 for fourth place in the 3000-meter at the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… Recorded another personal best in the 5000-meter (15:07.03) for second place at the Monmouth Season Opener… At the Colonial Relays, had another personal best performance in the 10,000-meter with a time of 31:10.14… Finished second in the 5000-meter (15:13.67) at the Mark Young Invitational… Ran the 10,000-meter (33:08.97) for 13th place at the CAA Outdoor Championships. 

Indoor: Opened the season with a fifth-place finish in the 5000-meter (15:13.78) at the Rutgers Holiday Classic… Competed in the 3000-meter (15:42.26) at the Penn Select 10… At the Scarlet Knight Open, ran the 5000-meter (15:42.26)… Had a top 20 finish at the Fastrack National Invite in the 5000-meter (15:19.85).

Cross Country: Finished 26th at The Stony Brook Season Opener… Placed 28th at The IC4A/ECAC XC Championship… Competed in the CAA Cross Country Championship.

2022-23 (Sophomore)
Cross Country: Placed 32nd at the Providence Friar Invitational with a final time of 26:38.4(8K) and an average mile time of 05:21.5… Earned a 27th-place at the Stony Brook Season Opener with a final time of 20:21.5(6K) and an average mile time of 05:27.5… Came in 100th-place in the 8K at the Paul Short Run with a final time of 25:24.9… Crossed the finish line in 219th-place at ECAC XC Championships with a final time of 27:08.1 in the 8k and an average mile time of 05:27.5.

2021-22 (Freshman)
Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 1500m with a final time of 4:11.72 at the Yale Springtime Invite… Earned a ninth-place finish in the 5000m at UConn Northeast Challenege with a final time of 15:26.44… Competed in the Mark Young Invite, running a personal best 4:10.69 in the 1500m… America East Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Cross Country: Ran in the Lehigh Paul Short Run and finished with a time of 26:11.8… Competed in the Princeton Cross Country Invitational with a personal best time of 25:58.4… Competed in the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships with a final time of 26:52.9… America East Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll.

AT GREAT NECK SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterwinner, serving one year as captain… Three-time All-County… 2021 All-Long Island… All-County in the 3200m… Holds record in the Eisenhower Park 5K Course, as well as the 3200m school record… Team was Division Champions in 2018… Graduated as an AP Scholar.

PERSONAL: Son of Wendy and Malcolm… Has one sister, Emily… First family member to play a college sport.
