Track and Field: America East Commissioner's Honor Roll ... Ran career-best 8:21.00 in the 3000m at the Penn 8 Team Select, finishing fourth ... Finished in 10th place in the 5000-meter run (14:28.67) at the Terrier Classic.
Cross Country: Placed 74th at NCAA Northeast Regional, crossing the line in 30:15.8 (10k)… Took 31st at 2019 America East Cross Country Championships, finishing in 25:01.7 (8k) to help Stony Brook to team title… Completed Paul Short Run in 24:27.8 (8k), taking 80th overall… Took 51st overall at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, crossing the line in 25:19 (8k) ... America East Fall Academic Honor Roll.
2018-19 (Junior)
Outdoor: Recorded a personal best in the 10,000 at the 2019 Colonial Replays with a time of 30:40.79.
Indoor: Placed 10th in the 3000 at the Penn 8-Team Select with a time of 8:32.66… Competed in the America East Championships, recording personal bests in the 3000 (8:30.35, 14th place) and the 5000 (14:39.33, ninth place).
Cross Country: Finished fifth in the Stony Brook Season Opener with a time of 18:17.98... Finished the Coast to Coast Battle with a time of 25:18.9... Named to All-Conference Second Team.
