Cross Country: Placed 15th at America East Cross Country Championships, completing 8k in 24:32.7 to help Stony Brook to team title… Placed seventh at CCSU Mini Meet in 15:05.1 (5k)… Finished 89th at Paul Short Run, crossing the line in 24:30.5 (8k)… Took 45th overall at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, crossing the line in 25:15 (8k)... Placed fourth in Wolfie Invitational, completing eight-kilometer course in 25:34.92... Finished 11th at Stony Brook Season Opener, finishing six-kilometer course in 19:01.23 ... America East Fall Academic Honor Roll.

Massone Invitational…won the men's mile with a time of 4:13.19 at the Dr. Sanders Invitational… part of the men’s distance medley that won with a time of 10:16.45 and came in third with a time of 2:29.06 in the men's
1000m run at the Metropolitan Championships… ran in the men's mile (4:10.28) at the David
HemeryValentine Invitational… came in fourth with the men's distance medley team (10:04.46) at the America East Indoor Championships.
Cross Country: Finished fourth at the Stony Brook Season Opener with a time of 18:31.43… came in second at the
