Biography
2024-25 (Junior):
Outdoor: Posted a third-place finish in the mile (4:28.34) in the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… Ended in sixth in the 5000-meter (15:46.47) at the Mark Young Invitational.
Indoor: Ran a career-best 4:22.12 in the mile at the Spartan Invitational to finish in fourth place… Won his first career race after setting a new career best time of 8:33.60 in the 3000-meter at the Ramapo College Season Opener… Finished seventh and had a new personal best in the 5000-meter (15:08.87) at the Riverhawk Invitational… Took sixth place in the distance medley relay (10:32.66) at the Fastrack National Invite… Earned an eighth-place finish in the 3000-meter (8:44.46) in the Yale Giegengack Invitational… Closed out the winter by finishing 18th in the 5000-meter (15:30.28) at the CAA Indoor Championships.
Cross Country: Set a new personal best in the 8K (25:43.10) and finished in the top 20 at the Jasper Fall XC Invitational.
2023-24 (Sophomore)
Outdoor: Earned a personal best 8:51.51 in the 3000-meter for seventh place at the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… Ran in the 1500-meter at the Monmouth Season Opener, Colonial Relays, and UCONN Northeast Challenge… Recorded another personal best in the 5000-meter (15:26.83) for sixth place at the Mark Young Invitational… Concluded the season with a personal best 4:02.70 for fourth place in the 1500-meter at the Yale Springtime Invitational.Â
Indoor: Competed in the 3000-meter (9:22.98) at the Rutgers Holiday Classic.
Cross Country: Did not compete in the season.
2022-23 (Freshman)
Outdoor: Earned a seventh-place finish in the 3000m at the Snowflake Classic.
Indoor: Placed 18th in the mile with a final time of 4:27.57 at the Wagner Invite.
Cross Country: Placed 34th in the 6K at the Stony Brook Season Opener with a final time of 20:33.50 and an average mile time of 5:30.70… Earned 225th
 place at the Paul Short Run with a final time of 26:24.70 in the 8K… Came in 244th in the 8K at the ECAC XC Championships with a final time of 27:21.90 and an average mile time of 05:30.3.
