2019-20 (Senior)
Cross Country: All-Conference First Team... Placed 53rd at NCAA Northeast Regional, crossing the line in 29:56 (10k)… Took fourth at America East Cross Country Championships in 24:04.4 (8k) to help Stony Brook to team title… Finished second at Paul Short Run in 24:28.8 (8k)… Won open race at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, crossing the line in 15:36 (5k)... Finished fourth at Stony Brook Season Opener, finishing six-kilometer course in 18:35.78 ... America East Fall Academic Honor Roll.
Indoor: America East Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2018-19 (Junior)
Outdoor: Finished 6th (1:50.41) in the 800m at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships... Took 5th (1:50.80) in the 800m at the Army West Point meet... Claimed 3rd (1:52.24) in the 800m at the 2019 America East Outdoor Championships... Won the 600m (1:22.37) and the 1600SMR (3:36.45) at the Stony Brook University Snow Flake Spring Opener.
Indoor: Claimed 2nd (2:22.53) in the 1000m at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships... Took 2nd (2:25.46) in the 1000m at the 2019 America East Indoor Championships... Won the 800m (1:52.44) at the Fastrack National Invite... Finished 8th (1:05.94) in the 500m and 5th (10:34.06) in the distance medley at the Mets Indoor Track & Field Championships... Took 4th (1:54.93) in the 800m at the Penn 8-Team Select... Won the 1000m (2:32.28) and claimed 2nd (10:53.77) in the distance medley at the Brian Horowitz Invitational.
Cross Country: Won the Open Race at the Coast to Coast Battle with a time of 15:30.5... Finished 36th at the Princeton University Invitational with a time of 24:55.3... Ninth place finish at the IC4A's with a time of 23:10.
2017-18 (Sophomore)
Cross Country: Competed in the Stony Brook Season Opener (19:22.92)… Ran in the Paul Short Invitational (25:31)… Finished 24th at the CCSU Mini Meet (15:38.2).
2016-17 (Freshman)
Cross Country: Competed at the Stony Brook Season Opener (9/3) Wolfie Invitational (9/10)... Finished 27th at the CCSU Mini- Meet (10/21).

2016 graduate of Riverhead High Shool... a four-year letter winner in cross country and track… competed in the 400m, 600m, 800m, 1000m, 1600m, 3200m, and 5K… earned all-league, all- district, and all- state honors in 2016… was named captain of the cross country and track teams in 2015 and 2016…
