2024-25 (Senior):
Outdoor: Did not compete.

Indoor: Did not compete.

Cross Country: In his lone race of the season finished 12th in the 6K (19:55.20) in the Stony Brook Season Opener.

2023-24 (Junior):
Outdoor: Had a personal best 3:59.03 in the 1500-meter for fifth place at the Mark Young Invitational… Finished first overall in the 5000-meter (14:44.23) at the Yale Springtime Invitational… Concluded the season with a fourth place finish in the 10000-meter (31:19.09) at the CAA Outdoor Championships. 

Indoor: Earned a personal best 8:30.02 in the 3000-meter for eighth place at the Penn Select 10… Finished second overall in the 5000-meter (14:31.23) at the Scarlet Knight Open… Competed in the 5000-meter (14:33.84) and 4x800 (8:03.72) for a pair of top 10 finishes at the CAA Indoor Championships… At the IC4A/ECAC Championships, earned a personal best 14:21.03 for fifth place in the 5000-meter.

Cross Country: All-CAA selection… Finished 24th in The Stony Brook Season Opener… Took 26th in The Friar Cross Country Invitational… Secured 28th in The IC4A/ECAC XC Championship… Finished 11th at The CAA Cross Country Championship.

2022-23 (Sophomore):
Indoor: Placed third and set a new personal best in the 3000m with a final time of 15:01.25 at the Rutgers Holiday Classic.

Cross Country: Named to the All-CAA team after his performance at CAA Championship… Placed 79th at the Paul Short Run with a final time of 25:12.8(8K)… Earned a 55th-place finish at ECAC XC Championships with a final time of 25:24.9 (Men’s 8k) and an average mile time of 05:06.7… Collected a 16th-place finish at the CAA Cross Country Championships with a final time of 25:27.5(8k) and an average mile time of 05:07.4.

2021-22 (Freshman):
Outdoor: America East Spring Honor Roll… Placed fourth in the 1500m at the Yale Springtime Invite with a personal best time of 4:04.27… Took seventh in the 5000m at the UConn Northeast Challenge… Placed ninth in the 5000m at the Colonial Relays with a personal best time of 15:10.25… Took fifth in the 3000m at the Snowflake Classic.

Indoor: Won the 3000m at the Fordham Invite with a final time of 9:05.59… Member of the DMR team that took first at the NYC Gotham Cup (10:31.35)… Competed at the Fastrack National Invite, Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite and Great Dane Classic.

AT WARREN HILLS REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner with one year as captain… 2017 Cross Country Coaches Award… 2018 Lehigh Valley Live New Jersey Cross Country Athlete of the Week Honorable Mention… Two-time First Team Skyland Conference Valley Division… 2020 3200m All-County Team… Four-time Team MVP… 2020 All-East Coast… 2020 All-State… 2020 All-Group… Holds school records in the cross country 5k, indoor track 3200m, and outdoor 5k… Recipient of the Eagle Scout Award… Received the Marine Corp League Good Citizenship Award… Member of the the National Honor Society and school band… Has a certification in scuba diving.
