2021-22 (Senior)
Indoor: Placed fourth in the 3000m at the Fordham Invite with a final time of 9:12.29.

Cross Country: Placed 26th at the America East Cross Country Championships ... Took 20th at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships ... Competeed at the Princeton Cross Country Invite, Lehigh Paul Short Run, Friar Cross Country Invite and Stony Brook Cross Country Invite.

2019-20 (Sophomore)
Cross Country: Placed ninth at CCSU Mini Meet, finishing 5k in 15:06.7… Completed Princeton Invitational in 25:06.5 (8k), taking 51st… Finished Paul Short Run in 134th, crossing the line in 23:48.9 (8k)… Took 114th overall at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, crossing the line in 26:17 (8k)... Placed eighth in Wolfie Invitational, completing eight-kilometer course in 26:13.81... Finished 10th at the Stony Brook Season Opener, finishing six-kilometer course in 18:58.42.

2018-19 (Freshman)
Outdoor: Won the 3000m (9:01.90) at the Wolfie Invitational... Finished third (15:18.51) in the 5000m at the UCONN Northeast Challenge... Took fourth (8:45.28) in the 3000m at the Stony Brook University Snow Flake Challenge.

Indoor: Finished 12th (9:07.51) in the 3000m at the Mets Indoor Track & Field Championships... Placed sixth (4:50.64) in the Mile at the Brian Horowitz Invitational.

Cross Country: Finished the Coast to Coast Battle Open Race with a time of 16:16.8... Ran in the Princeton University Invitational and finished with a time of 26:13.8.

AT SMITHTOWN WEST HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in 800m, 1000m, 1600m, mile, two mile, and 5000m at Smithtown West... Was a four year letterwinner in cross country (2014-2017)... Three-year letterwinner in winter and spring track (2016-2018).
