2024-25 (Senior):
Outdoor: Posted a new personal best and came in fifth in the 3000-meter (8:40.36) during the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… Placed seventh in the 5000-meter (15:52.15)… At the CAA Outdoor Championships finished 12th in the 10,000-meter (31:42.49).

Indoor: Had a top-20 finish in the 3000-meter (8:56.08) at the Spartan Invitational.

Cross Country: Began the season with a fifth-place finish in the 6K (19:35.70) in the Stony Brook Season Opener… Set a new career best in the 8K (24:56.10) at the Princeton Fall Classic… Had a top-25 finish in the 8K (25:53.20) in the CAA Championships… Ran a personal-best time of 31:57.80 in the 10K at the NCAA Northeast Regional.

2023-24 (Junior)
Outdoor: Earned a personal best 30:55.65 in the 10000-meter for sixth place at the Colonial Relays… Recorded another personal best in the 5000-meter (14:53.75) at the Yale Springtime Invitational… Concluded the season at the CAA Outdoor Championships, competing in the 10000-meter (31:59.57) for ninth place overall. 

Indoor: Competed in the 5000-meter (15:35.94) for sixth place at the Rutgers Holiday Classic… Ran in the 3000-meter (8:47.55) at the Penn Select 10… Finished eighth overall in the 5000-meter (14:55.95) at the Fastrack National Invite.

Cross Country: Finished 25th at The Stony Brook Season Opener… Finished 3rd at The IC4A/ECAC XC Championship… Competed at The CAA Cross Country Championship.

2022-23 (Sophomore)
Cross Country: Placed 25th at the Providence Friar Invitational with a final time of 26:16.90 in the 8K and an average mile time of 5:17.20… Finished in 18th place in the 6K in the Stony Brook Season Opener with a final time of 19:51.20 and an average mile time of 5:19.40… Placed 155th in the 8K at the Paul Short Run with a final time of 25:52.50… Placed 178th at ECAC XC Championships with a final time of 26:45.00 in the 8k and an average mile time of 5:22.90.

2021-22 (Freshman)
Outdoor: Earned a fourth-place finish in the 3000m at the Snowflake Classic… Placed 10th in the 5000-meter at the UConn Northeast Challenge… Took 24th in the 5000-meter at the Monmouth Season Opener… America East Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Cross Country: Took 88th at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships ... Placed 32nd at the Friar Cross Country Invite ... Competed at the Princeton Cross Country Invite, Lehigh Paul Short Run and Stony Brook Cross Country Invite ... America East Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll.

AT OYSTER BAY HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner with two years as captain… Three-time All-County… 2021 County Champion… Holds record for Eisenhower Park 5000m… 2018 Cross Country Division Champions… 2019 Conference Champions… 2021 County Championship Runner-Up… Member of the National Honor Society and Science Honor Society… Was a National Merit Finalist and Senior Patrol Leader of his Boy Scout troop… Graduated top four in his class. 

PERSONAL: Son of Laura and Domenico… Brother of Christopher… Can solve a Rubik's Cube in 15 seconds.
