Outdoor: Competed in the 5000-meter (14:15.38) at the Raleigh Relays…Finished third overall in the 3000-meter (8:19.47) at the Friar Invitational…At the Penn Relays, ran the 5000-meter (14:27.97)...Concluded the season at the CAA Outdoor Championships in the 5000-meter (14:48.25) for sixth place overall. 

Indoor: Finished first overall in the 3000-meter (8:11.09) at the Penn Select 10…At the Columbia Challenge, had a third place finish in the 5000-meter (14:01.64)...Earned a personal best 4:02.44 in the mile run for third place at the Fastrack National Invite…Competed in the 3000-meter (8:16.08) and 5000-meter (14:14.97) for third place and sixth place at the CAA Indoor Championships…At the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships, placed fifth in both the preliminaries (4:06.51) and finals (4:08.76) of the mile run.

Outdoor: Placed 38th in the 5000m at the NCAA East Preliminaries ... Earned a second place finish in the 5000m at the CAA Outdoor Championships ... Set a new record in the 5000m and earned a third place finish with a final time of 13:51.40 at the Friar Invite ... Secured a second place finish and a personal best in the 1500m at the Colonial Relays ... Member of the DMR team that won the Colonial Relays.

Indoor: Earned a second place finish in the 3000m and the 5000m at the IC4A Championships ... Set a new program record in the 3000m with a final time of 7:59.30 at the IC4A Championships ... Won the 3000m att he Fastrack National Invite ... Registered a second place finish in the 3000m at the Penn 10-Team Select ... 2022 CAA Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

Cross Country: Named to the All-CAA team after his performance at CAA Championship… Placed third at the Stony Brook Season Opener with a final time of 18:55.6(6K) and an average mile time of 05:04.5… Earned a fourth-place finish at the Providence Friar Invitational with a final time of 24:35.4(8K) and an average mile time of 04:56.8…Placed seventy-first at the Paul Short Run with a final time of 23:48.8 (Men’s College Gold 8K)… Earned a nineteenth-place finish at ECAC XC Championships with a final time of 24:36.0(Men’s 8k) and an average mile time of 04:56.9… Crossed the finish line in seventh-place at the CAA Cross Country Championships with a final time of 24:51.3 (8k) and an average mile time of 05:00.1.

2021-22 (Junior)
Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 5000m at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships (14:15.33) ... Took 25th in the 5000m at the Penn Relays with a personal best time of 14:10.95 ... Earned an eighth-place finish in the 5000m at the Larry Ellis Invite ... Competed in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays ... America East Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Indoor: Earned a second-place finish in the 5000m at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships (14:13.80) ... Won the 3000m at the Fastrack Last Chance with a personal best time of 8:08.35 ...
