2024-25 (Senior):
Outdoor: In the spring opener at the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic had a second-place finish in the mile (4:24.34)… Had two top-10 finishes in the 1500-meter at the Monmouth Season Opener (4:01.69) and at the Mark Young Invitational (3:59.51)… Came in fourth in the 4x1500m relay (16:18.33) in the Colonial Relays… At the CAA Outdoor Championships placed seventh in the 4x400 (3:24.33) before setting a new personal best in the 800-meter (1:55.67).
Indoor: Finished top 15 and posted a new career best in the 3000-meter (8:47.25) in the first meet of the winter at the Rutgers Holiday Classic… Placed third in the mile (4:21.30) in the Spartan Invitational… Had another top-10 finish in the 800-meter (1:58.00) at the Ramapo College Season Opener… Set a new personal best in the mile (4:17.01) at the Fastrack National Invite… Had his best finish of the year in the Yale Giegengack Invitational where he came in second and recorded a new personal best in the 1000-meter (2:28.62)… At the CAA Indoor Championships secured a third-place finish in the distance medley relay (10:05.84) and a sixth-place finish in the 4x800 (7:52.79).
Cross Country: Set a new personal best and finished 10th in the 8K (25:32.30) in the Jasper Fall XC Invitational… Recorded another career best in the 5K (15:25.50) in the CCSU Mini Meet… Competed in the 10K at the NCAA Northeast Regional and posted a new personal best time of 32:29.10.
2023-24 (Junior)
Outdoor: Finished second overall in the mile run (4:23.98) at the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… Competed in the 1500-meter (4:05.84) at the Monmouth Season Opener… Earned a personal best 3:59.14 for third place in the 1500-meter at the Colonial Relays… Ran in the 800-meter (2:00.25) at the UCONN Northeast Challenge… Had a 12th place finish in the 1500-meter (4:08.64) at the Mark Young Invitational… Concluded the season at the Yale Springtime Invitational with an 11th place finish in the 800-meter (1:58.75).
Indoor: Earned a seventh place finish in the 1000-meter (2:58.45) at the Rutgers Holiday Classic… Competed in the mile run (4:32.90) at the Penn Select 10… Ran a personal best 2:38.60 in the 1000-meter at the Villanova Invitational… Recorded another personal best in the 600-meter (1:29.09) at the Scarlet Knight Open… Competed in the 800-meter (2:01.89) at the Fastrack National Invite… At the CAA Indoor Championships, finished fifth in the distance medley relay (10:31.78) and sixth in the 4x800 (8:03.72).
Cross Country: Took 25th in The Friar Cross Country Invitational… Finished 8th in The IC4A/ECAC XC Championship.
2022-23 (Sophomore)
Outdoor: Placed 19th in the 800m at the CAA Outdoor Championships… Earned an 11th place finish in the 800m at the Mark Young Invite… Took 24th in the 1500m at the Northeast Challenge.
Indoor: Member of the 4x800m team that earned a third place finish at the CAA Indoor Championships… Part of the DMR squad that earned a fourth place finish at the CAA Indoor Championships… Earned an 11th place finish in the 800m at the Fastrack National Invite… Set a new personal best in the mile (4:20.58) at the Scarlet Knight Open… Registered a new personal best in the 800m (1:56.86) at the Villanova Invite… Secured a sixth place finish in the mile at the Penn 10-Team Select… 2022 CAA Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll.
