Biography
2008-09:
Finished fourth in 50-yard free against Army/Vermont (10/3)... touched fifth in the 50 free against Fordham (11/5)... placed third in the 100 back against Boston Univ. (11/15)... finished third in the 50 free and fourth in the 100 free against Lafayette (1/17)... won the 50 free against Bryant (1/26)... took fourth in the 100 free and fifth in the 50 free against Binghamton (1/31)...finished 12th in the 100 back and 16th in the 50 and 100 free at the America East Championships (2/22).
2007-2008:
Finished eighth in the 50-yard freestyle and ninth in the 100-yard backstroke at the America East Championships... placed second in the 100-yard freestyle against USMMA (12/8)... placed first as a member of the 400-yard freestyle relay team against Lafayette/Binghamton (1/16)... came in second in the 200-yard medley relay, took second in the 100-yard backstroke and finished first with his relay team in the 400-yard freestyle relay against BU (12/1)... took first in the 100-yard backstroke against Boston College (10/26)... finished second with his relay team in the 200-yard medley relay and took first in the 100-yard backstroke against Maine (11/10)... placed second in the 50-yard freestyle against Iona/St. Francis (12/4).
2006-2007:
Part of relay that finished first in the 200-yard freestyle... finished sixth in the 50-yard freestyle.
2005-2006:
Placed ninth in the 50-yard freestyle, 11th in the 100-yard backstroke and 15th in the 100-yard freestyle at the America East Championships.
High School:
A two-year letterwinner at James Madison High... a two-time team MVP... PSAL Heisman Award winner in 2005... a USS Scholastic All American in 2004... a National Record Holder in Turkey when he was 14 years old.
