Indoor: America East Honor Roll ... Had best run in 200m at the Mets Indoor Championship (23.81).

2018-19
Outdoor: Was part of a 4x100 and 4x400 team that finished 3rd (42.61) and 6th (3:30.72), respectively at the Wolfie Invitational... Also was part of the 4x100 team that took 3rd (43.54) at the Stony Brook University Snow Flake Spring Opener...

Indoor: Was part of a 4x400 team that took 4th (3:25.81) at the Mets Indoor Track & Field Championships and 3rd (3:31.89) at the Brian Horowitz Invitational...

2017-18 
Outdoor: Part of the quartet that won the men’s 4x100m relay (42.48) at the Wolfie Invitational…

Indoor: part of the 4x400m relay quartet that took third (3:31.68) and came in seventh in the men’s 300m dash (37.39) at the Fordham Season Opener… took seventh in the men’s 200m run (23.95) at the Mike Masson Invitational…  

High School
a 2017 graduate of Brentwood high school… four-time letter winner in the 100m and 400m dash… was named captain for his junior and senior seasons… he earned All-League seven times, All-County four times, All-Division five times, and All-Long Island three-times… placed 10th in the State for the 4x100 relay at the New York state championships in 2017 and finished 9th in the country in the EE 4x100 relay at the New balance nationals in 2017... earned team MVP for both the 2016 and 2017 seasons… was also a member of the French Honor Society.
