2021-22 (Sophomore)
Outdoor: Earned two top-five finishes at the UCONN Northeast Challenge on April 15-16, in the 400m dash and participating in the 4x400 … Participated in the 4x400 third-place finish at the Colonial Relays on March 31-April 2 … Won the 400m dash with a time of 48.53 at the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic on March 19.
Indoor: Won the distance medley relay with a time of 10:31.35 at the NYC Gotham Cup on January 21 and came in second place in the 500m dash with a final time of 1:05.39 that day … Participated in the 4x400 second-place finish at the Penn 10-Team Select on January 15.
2020-21 (Freshman)
Earned first career individual victory on April 16 at St. John's Invitational (49.04 in 400m).
AT SMITHTOWN HIGH SCHOOL WEST: All-American in SMR, All-state in 4x400 and SMR  and all-league in 600m, 300m, 4x400m and SMR ... Also all-state in 4x400m and all-league in 600m, 300m and 4x400m as junior and all-league in 400m as sophomore ... Ran 300m in 36.03 and 600m in 1:25.46 as senior ... Three-year letterwinner and three-year captain.
