Outdoor: All-American Honorable Mention…Competed in the 3000-meter steeplechase (8:49.35) at the Raleigh Relays…Had a second place finish in the 3000-meter (8:17.47) at the Friar Invitational…Earned a personal best 8:40.32 in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Penn Relays…At the CAA Outdoor Championships, finished second in the 3000-meter steeplechase (8:55.79) and third in the 5000-meter (14:42.22)...Qualified for the NCAA East First Round, placing 12th overall in the 300-meter steeplechase (8:42.35)...Advanced to the NCAA Semifinals where he placed 18th with a time of 8:43.07.

Indoor: Placed third in the 3000m at the Robert Elkin Invite ... Took fourth in the 5000m at the Fastrack Season Opener ... Placed 18th in the 3000m at the Penn 8 Team Select.

Cross Country: Completed Princeton Cross Country Invitational 39th, finishing 8k in 24:57.2… Placed 199th at Paul Short Run, completing 8k in 25:06.3… Took sixth overall in open race at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, crossing the line in 15:53 (5k)... Placed seventh in Wolfie Invitational, completing eight-kilometer course in 26:11.34.

2018-19 (Freshman)
Cross Country: Competed in the open race at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, finishing 10th in 16.01.1.

AT PATCHOGUE-MEDFORD HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in the 3000m & 2000m steeplechase, mile, two mile, 800m, 400 hurdles, 4x800 and 4x400 at Patchogue Medford High School... Four year letter winner in track (2014-2018) and two year letter winner in cross country (2016-2018).
