Biography
2025-26 (Sophomore)
Outdoor: Took second in the mile (4:25.04) in the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… Placed 10th in the 1500-meter (4:05.69) at the Monmouth Season Opener… In his first career 5000-meter run finished in the top 25 (15:06.87) at the Colonial Relays… Had a fifth-place finish in the 3000-meter (8:53.94) at the Red Fox River Rumble… Had a top-20 finish in the 5000-meter (15:48.92) during the CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship.
Indoor: Began the season with three consecutive top-10 finishes in the 3000-meter (8:38.92) at the Fastrack Season Opener and in the mile at the TCNJ Lions Invite (4:27.64) and the NYC Gotham Cup (4:22.3)… Set a new career best in the 3000-meter (8:26.91) at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite… Also had a personal best in the mile (4:18.52) during the Riverhawk Invitational… Finished 14th in the 3000-meter (8:43.31) at the CAA Indoor Track & Field Championship.
Cross Country: Finished 18th in the 6K (19:58.5) in the Stony Brook Season Opener… Ran a career-best 25:12.4 in the 8K at the Princeton Fall Classic… Also competed in the 8K (25:15.9) in the CAA Cross Country Championship.
2024-25 (Freshman):
Outdoor: Ran a season-best 8:49.00 in the 3000-meter to finish seventh at the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… Placed 10th in the 1500-meter (4:03.99) at the Mark Young Invitational… Ran a season-best 4:03.29 in the 1500-meter in the CAA Outdoor Championships.
Indoor: Did not compete.
Cross Country: Made his collegiate debut by finishing 17th in the 6K (20.08.20) in the Stony Brook Season Opener.
AT OYSTER BAY: Four-year letterwinner with three years as captain… Two-time All-State in cross country and outdoor track… Three-time national qualifier... Holds school records in the 1600m, 3200m, and 5000m.
PERSONAL: Son of Laura and Domenico… Brother of Nick… Nick is a member of Stony Brook's men's cross country and track. Â
