Outdoor: Earned a personal best 28:57.86 in the 10000 at the Raleigh Relays…Competed in the 5000-meter (14:05.47) for 15th place at the Virginia Challenge…Ran the 10000-meter (28:59.86) at the Penn Relays…At the CAA Outdoor Championships, competed in the 5000-meter (14:48.62) and 10000-meter (30:39.11) for seventh and second place, respectively…Qualified for the NCAA East First Round and ran in the 10000-meter, finishing 32nd overall with a time of 30:16.41. 

Indoor: Finished second overall in the 3000-meter (8:13.44) at the Penn Select 10…Competed in the 5000-meter (14:46.77) for 12th place at the Columbia Challenge…Ran in both the 3000-meter (8:19.62) and the 5000-meter (14:05.35) for seventh and third place, respectively, at the CAA Indoor Championships…Placed second overall in the 5000-meter (14:03.23) at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships.

Cross Country: All-CAA selection...Finished 3rd in Stony Brook season opener… Took 4th in The Friar Cross Country Invitational… Secured 13th place in The Paul Short Run… Finished 4th in IC4A/ECAC XC Championship… Took 6th in The CAA Cross Country Championship… Competed and placed 69th in The NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships.

2022-23 (Senior)
Outdoor: Took 36th in the 10,000m at the NCAA East Preliminaries ... Earned a first-place finish in the 10,000m with a final time of 31:18.87 to become the first student-athlete in program history to earn an outdoor CAA Championship title ... Secured a second place finish and a new personal best in the 5000m (14:00.14) at the Yale Last Chance Meet ... Registered a ninth place finish in the 5000m at the Friar Invite ... Placed 22nd in the 10,000m in the Penn Relays.

Indoor: Earned a third place finish in the 3000m and a fourth place finish in the 5000m at the CAA Indoor Championships ... Secured a third place finish in the 3000m at the Fastrack National Invite ... Recorded a seventh place finish in the 5000m at the Columbia Challenge ... 2022 CAA Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Cross Country: Named to the All-CAA team after his performance at CAA Championship… Placed sixth at the Stony Brook Season Opener with a final time of 19:04.9(6K) and an average mile time of 05:07.0… Earned a second-place finish at the Providence Friar Invitational with a final time of 24:35.4(8K) and an average mile time of 04:56.8… Placed thirty-second at the Paul Short Run with a final time of 23.31.0 (Men's College Gold 8K)… Earned a twenty-second place finish at ECAC XC Championships with a final time of 24:41.9  (Men’s 8k) and an average mile time of 04:58.1… Crossed the finish line in sixth-place at the CAA Cross Country Championships with a final time of 24:46.9 (8k) and an average mile time of 04:59.2.

2021-22 (Junior)
Outdoor: Placed 26th in the 10,000m at the NCAA Preliminary Round ... Won the 10,000m at the Penn Relays and set a new program record with a personal best time of 28:59.64 ... Earned a fourth-place finish in the 5000m at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships ... Placed second in the 5000m at the Larry Ellis Invite with a personal best time of 14:06.28 ... America East Spring Honor Roll.

Indoor: Earned a sixth-place finish in the 3000m at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships with a personal best time of 8:07.08 ... Placed third in the 3000m at the Fastrack Last Chance.

Cross Country: Placed 18th in the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships ... Took 11th at the America East Cross Country Championships with a final time of 24:24.0 (8K) ... Earned a fourth-place finish at the Friar Cross Country Invite ... USTFCCCA All-Region Honors.

2020-21 (Sophomore)
Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 5000m at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships ... Earned a sixth-place finish in the 5000m at the America East Outdoor Championships ... Secured a second-place finish in the 5000m at the Colonial Relays with a final time of 14:14.82.

Cross Country: Took 18th at the America East Cross Country Championships with a final time of 25:37.2 (8K).

2019-20 (Freshman)
Indoor: Placed 19th in the mile at the America East Indoor Championships with a final time of 4:20.96 ... Placed 12th in the 1000m at the Mets Indoor Track & Field Championships with a personal best time of 2:36.68 ... Earned a ninth-place finish in the 3000m at the Robert Elkin Invite. 

Cross Country: All-Conference Second Team... Most Outstanding Rookie... Finished 13th at America East Cross Country Championships, completing 8k in 24:28.3 to help Stony Brook to team title… Placed 26th at Princeton Invitational in 24:41.8 (8k)… Completed Paul Short Run in 25:01.7 (8k) for 33rd…Took fifth overall in open race at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, crossing the line in 15:50 (5k) ... America East Fall Academic Honor Roll.
