2019-20 (Junior)
Indoor: America East Commissioner's Honor Roll ... Had an eighth-place finish in the 60 hurdles (8.51) at the Fastrack Season Opener.

2018-19 (Sophomore)
Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 110m hurdles at the Wolfie Invitational with a time of 17.66.

Indoor: Ran the 4x400 relay at the Brian Horowitz Invitational, helping his team finish second with a time of 3:30.62.

2017-18 (Freshman) 
Outdoor: Won the men's 4x100m relay (42.48), won the men's 110m hurdles (15.19), and won the men's 4x400m relay (3:20.13) at the Wolfie Invitational… Finished seventh in the men's 110m hurdles (15.04) and seventh in the men's 400m hurdles (54.76) at the America East Outdoor Championships… Competed in the men's 4x100m relay finishing with a time of 42.40. at the IC4A Championships.
 
Indoor: Placed second in the men's 60m hurdles with a time of 8.62 at the Mike Massone Invitational… Finished second in the men's 60m hurdles with a time of 8.39 at the Metropolitan Championships… Part of the first-place men's 4x400m relay team with a time of 3:15.08 and came in fourth in the men's 60m hurdles with a time of 8.27 at the America East Indoor Championships.

High School  
2016 graduate of Longwood High School... Four-year letterwinner in track... Performed in the hurdles and sprints... Earned All-League and All-County in '13,'14, '15, and '16... Also earned All-Long Island and All-State in '15 and '16... Was also a two-year letter winner in football... Earned All-Division and All-County in 2015 and helped Longwood to a Suffolk County Championship and Long Island Championship in 2015.
