2025-26 (Graduate Student)
Outdoor: All-CAA… CSC Academic All-District… Won his first race of the season with a 4:18.16 in the mile at the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… Earned second in the 3000 steeplechase (9:12.14) at the Colonial Relays… Added another top-10 finish in the event at the Wake Forest Invitational (8:57.97)… At the CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship claimed first place in the steeplechase (9:18.66) and fifth in the 5000-meter (14:59.27).
Indoor: Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the 3000-meter (8:22.58) at the NYC Gotham Cup… Finished top-15 in the 3000-meter (8:18.18) the following week in the Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite… At the CAA Indoor Track & Field Championship posted a fourth-place finish in the 5000-meter (14:31.89) and a 13th-place finish in the 3000-meter (8:29.65).
Cross Country: All-CAA… In his first race as a Seawolf finished third in the 6K (19:16.5) in the Stony Brook Season Opener… Followed up with a 10th-place finish in the 8.2K (25:46.4) at the Ted Owen Invitational… Ran a season best in the 8K (23:55.6) during the CAA Cross Country Championship to claim eighth place… Competed in the 10K (31:07.4) in the NCAA Northeast Regional.
