2018-19 (Junior)
Outdoor: Came in second in the 400 hurdles (53.90) and third in the 4x100 (43.54) at the Stony Brook Snow Flake Spring Opener… Placed fifth in the 400 hurdles at the 2019 Colonial Relays with a time of 54.26… Recorded a personal best in the 200m with a time of 22.60 at the Florida Relays… Helped his 4x400 relay team place ninth at the UCONN Northeast Challenge with an overall time of 3:22.84… Set a personal best in the 400 hurdles with a time of 53.65, good for second at the America East Championships. 

Indoor: Placed seventh in the 500m at the Brian Horowitz Invitational with a time of 1:08.39… Recorded a personal best in the 60m at the Penn 8-Team Select with a time of 7.25… Helped his 4x400 relay team to a sixth place finish at the Fastrack National Invite… Set a personal best in the 400m at the Fastrack National Invite with a time of 51.18… Competed in the America East Championships, placing third in the DMR and setting a personal best in the 500 (1:05.61)... Participated in the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

2017-18 (Sophomore) 
Outdoor: placed seventh in the men's 400m hurdles with a time of 54.57 at the UCONN Northeast Challenge… won the men's 400m hurdles with a time of 55.43 at the Wolfie Invitational… finished sixth in the men's 400m hurdles with a time of 54.40 at the America East Outdoor Championships…   

Indoor: finished second in the men's 60m hurdles with a time of 8.73, part of the men’s 4x400m relay team that took fourth with a time of 3:32.33, and came in eighth in the men's 500m dash with a time of 1:09.53 at the Fordham Season Opener… placed third in the men's 60m hurdles with a time of 8.64 and part of the fourt-place men's 4x400m relay with a time of 3:31.03 at the Mike Massone Invitational… came in fifth in the men's 60m hurdles with a time of 8.67 at the Metropolitan Championships.. came in fifth in the men's 4x400m relay with a time of 3:21.31 at the Fastrack Invitational...

2016-2017 (Freshman) 
Outdoor: Won the men’s 400m hurdles (56.30) and ran the 200m dash (23.70 ) at the Stony Brook Quad Meet (3/23)... took third in the 400m hurdles (55.99) at the Metropolitan Championships (4/15)... won the 400m hurdles (55.79) and part of the fifth place 4x400m relay team (3:31.)
 at the Wolfie Invitational (4/22)... placed fifth in the 400m hurdles (54.03) at the America East Championships (5/7)... 

Indoor: Part of the third place 4x400m relay team (3:28.61) and ran in the 500m run (1:10.46) at the Fordham Indoor Meet (12/2)… part of the third place 4x400m relay team (3:33.24) and ran the 500m run (1:12.22) at the Vince Forte Invitational (1/13)… ran in the 400m dash (52.44) at the Penn 8-Team Select (1/21)…competed in the 400m dash (52.18) and part of the 4x400m relay team (3:26.57) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/28)…  ran in the 60m hurdles (9.41) at the Metropolitan Championships (2/3)… competed in the 400m dash (52.81) at the Fastrack Invitational (2/10)…

High School 
2016 graduate of Longwood High School… four-year letter winner in hurdles and sprints… earned All-League and All-County in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016… earned All-State in 2014 and 2016… was Vice President for the National Honor Society.
