2024-25 (Senior): 
Outdoor: Had his best individual finish of the year after placing eighth in the 800-meter (1:59.00) in the Mark Young Invitational…Set a new personal best in the 800-meter (1:56.76) in the CAA Outdoor Championships.

Indoor: Started the season off with three-straight top-20 finishes in the 1000-meter (2:39.38) in the Rutgers Holiday Classic, the 800-meter (2:03.42) in the Spartan Invitational, and the 800-meter (2:02.98) in the Ramapo College Season Opener… Finished sixth in the distance medley relay (10:32.66) in the Fastrack National Invite… In the CAA Indoor Championships had a sixth-place finish in the 4x400 (3:29.51).

2023-24 (Junior):
Outdoor: Competed in the 800-meter (2:01.83) for 10th place at the Mark Young Invitational… Recorded a personal best 1:59.72  in the 800-meter for 12th place at the Yale Springtime Invitational. 

Indoor: Earned a personal best 2:35.12 for a fourth-place finish in the 1000-meter at the Rutgers Holiday Classic… Competed in the 800-meter (2:04.24) at the Penn Select 10.

Cross Country: Did not compete in the season. 

2022-23 (Sophomore):
2022 CAA Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2021-22 (Freshman):
Outdoor: Placed 10th in the 800m at the Yale Springtime Invite with a final time of 2:02.62… Took 23rd in the 800m at the Mark Young Invite… Competed in the 1500m at the Monmouth Season Opener… Made collegiate debut on Mar. 26… America East Spring Honor Roll.

AT COLUMBIA HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner… 1000m Times Union All-Star second team… Suburban Council Indoor Champion for the 1600m… Two-time Section 2 Indoor Track and Field Champions… Played soccer for three years, captaining for two… Was a member of the National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, and Math League.

PERSONAL: Son of Debora and Thomas… Has one sister, Katharine.
