Track and Field: Broke 23-year-old America East record 5K (14:08.04), 11 seconds faster than old mark, at America East Championships on May 2 ... Shattered school record in 3000m with time of 8:02.23 at Ocean State Invitational on April 9 ... Broke own program record with time of 13:58.51 in 5000 meters at Raleigh Relays, then again with a 13:52.50 at Night at the Track meet in Jersey City on May 15 ... Qualified for NCAA Regional in 5000m ... Won 1500m with time of 3:47.46 at Fordham Invitational on March 20 ... America East Male Track Performer of the Week on March 24 ... America East Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic team.

2019-20 (Senior)
Track and Field: CoSIDA Academic All-District ... America East Winter Scholar-Athlete selection ... America East Commissioner's Honor Roll ... Named to America East Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field All-Academic teams with 3.67 GPA in history/business ... Finished 14th in the 3000-meter run at the Terrier Classic (8:09.47) ... Placed second in the one-mile run (4:09.53) at the UAlbany Winter Classic ... Part of a distance medley relay team that set the school record and earned gold at America East Indoor Championship (9:53.52) ... America East Indoor Champion in the 3000-meter (8:12.69) ... Finished third in the 3000-meter (8:08.57) at the ECAC/IC4A Indoor Championship.

Cross Country: All-Region... All-Conference First Team... Two-time America East Performer of the Week (9/11, 10/23)... America East All-Academic... USTFCCCA All-Academic... Placed 16th at NCAA Northeast regional, completing 10k in 29:11.1… Runner-up at America East Cross Country Championships, crossing the line in 24.42.7 (8k) to lead Stony Brook to team title… Finished second at Princeton Invitational, completing 8k in 23:39.4… Placed 12th at Paul Short Run, finishing in 23:41.9 (8k)… Placed third in Wolfie Invitational, completing eight-kilometer course in 24:38.14 ... America East Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2018-19 (Junior)
Outdoor: Finished second in the 1500 at the Stony Brook Snow Flake Spring Opener with a time of 3:57.10… Helped his 4x1500 relay team win the event at the 2019 Colonial Relays… Recorded a personal best in the 5000 at the 125th Penn Relays with a time of 14:07.32… Ran the 1500 at the America East Championships, recording a personal best in the preliminaries with a time of 3:52.80 and ultimately placing fifth with a time of 3:57.73… Placed fifth in the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 14:07.87… Competed in the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminaries. 

Indoor: Placed third in the 3000 at both the Penn 8-Team Select and Fastrack National Invite meets with times of 8:21.92 and 8:17.24, respectively… Finished ninth in the 5000 at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic with a time of 14:22.75… Competed in the America East Championships, recording a fifth place finish in the 5000 (14:24.25) and a fourth place finish in the 3000 (8:20.51)... Set a personal best and secured a second place finish in the 3000 at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 8:08.69.

Cross Country: Finished third in the Wolfie Invitational with a time of 25:17.13... Ran in the Coast to Coast Battle and finished with a time of 24:51.2... Finished fifth at the America East Championship with a time of 24:48.69... Named to All-Conference First Team... Named to America East All-Academic Team... Third place finish at the IC4A's with a time of 22:56.

2017-18 (Sophomore) 
Outdoor: came in second in the men's 3000m run with a time of 8:29.19 at the Colonial Relays… placed third in the men's 5000m run with a time of 14:43.02 at the UCONN Northeast Challenge… qualified for the IC4A's in the men's 5000m with a time of 14:38.73 at the Penn Relays… placed fifth in the men's 5000m run with a time of 14:42.35 at the America East Outdoor Championships…   

Indoor: finished second in the men's distance medley with a time of 10:33.49 and came in sixth in the men's mile with a time of 4:24.24 at the Mike Massone Invitational… placed eighth in the men's mile with a time of 4:14.97 at the Metropolitan Championships… competed in the men's 3000m run (8:27.52) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational… placed eighth in the men's 3000m run with a time of 8:24.58 at the America East Indoor Championships…

Cross Country: Won the Stony Brook Season opener with a time of 18:24.07… named America East Performer of the Week for his performance at the Stony Brook Season Opener… finished third in the Wolfie Invitational with a time of 24:43.88… placed 63^rd at the Paul Short Invitational with a time of 24:30… ran in the Princeton Invitational with a time of 24:39.2… received First Team All-Conference for his seventh place finish at the America East Championship with a time of 25:01.78 … apart of the men’s cross county America East Championship Team… came in 23^rd in the NCAA Regional with a time of 32:37.1 …  

2016-17 (Freshman) 
Outdoor:  Part of the third place 4x800 relay team (7:59.36) and took fifth in the 1500m (4:03.06) at the Stony Brook Quad Meet (3/23)... part of the sixth place mid distance medley (10:08.30) and ran the 1500m run (3:54.58 ) at the Colonial Relays (4/1)... took fifth in the 1500m run (4:01.19) at the Metropolitan Championships (4/15)... took first in the 3000m run (8:27.60) at the Wolfie Invitational (4/22)... part of the distance medley relay team that placed third in the second section of the college division and eighth overall (9:57.65) at the Penn Relays (4/28)... ran the 1500m (3:55.88) at the America East Outdoor Championships (5/7) ... ran the 1500m (3:54.63) at the IC4A Championships (5/12)... 

Indoor: Took third in the 5000m (15:31.13) at the Vince Forte Invitational (1/13)… part of the fifth place 4x800m relay team (8:03.18) and ran in the mile (4:26.23) at the Penn 8-Team Select (1/21)…competed in the 3000m run (8:46.82) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/28)… ran the mile (4:19.96) at the Fastrack Invitational (2/10)… competed in the mile (4:21.35) at the America East Indoor Championships (2/25)   
 
Cross Country: Placed fifth at Stony Brook Season opener 6k 18:54.73 (9/3) placed 15^th at Wolfie Invitational 8k (9/10) 176^th ran at the Paul Short Race (10/1) placed 33^rd at the America East Championships (10/30) Part of the group that represented the Seawolves in the NCAA Northeast Regional (11/11)
