Biography
2025-26 (Sophomore)
Outdoor: Earned fourth place in the 800-meter (1:55.19) at the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… Finished fifth in the 800-meter (1:55.25) and fourth (10:18.60) in the DMR at the Colonial Relays… Took third place in the 800 meter with a career-best time of 1:53.91 at the Larry Ellis Invitational… Helped finish in sixth in the 4x400 (3:18.81) at the CAA Outdoor Championship.
Indoor: Finished seventh in the 800 meter (1:57.40) at the Fastrack Season Opener… Finished fifth in the 4x400 (3:23.20) and 11th in the 500-meter (1:06.59) at the TCNJ Lions Invite… Took second place in the 4x800 (8:01.87) in the NYC Gotham Cup… Helped earn bronze in the 4x800 at the CAA Indoor Championship (7:35.33).
2024-25 (Freshman):
Outdoor: Posted a third-place finish in the 800-meter (1:58.00) in the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… Had a top-10 finish in the 800-meter (1:56.50) at the Monmouth Season Opener… Took first place in the distance medley relay (10:06.03) at the Colonial Relays… Claimed first in the 4x100 (43.53) and was runner-up in the 400-meter (50.08) at the Mark Young Invitational… Had a pair of top-10 finishes in the 4x100 (43.34) and the 4x400 (3:24.33), as well as a personal best in the 800-meter (1:55.08) at the CAA Outdoor Championships.
Indoor: Made his collegiate debut with a seventh-place finish in the 600-meter (1:23.99) in the Rutgers Holiday Classic… Had another seventh-place finish in the 400-meter (50.33) in the Yale Giegengack Invitational… At the CAA Indoor Championships helped claim a third-place finish in the distance medley relay (10:05.84) and a sixth-place finish in the 4x400 (3:29.51).
AT CORNWALL: Three-year letterwinner with two years as captain… Four-time Section IX Champion and two-time OCIAA Champion… Holds school record in the 600m (1:22.46)… Placed ninth at the 2024 New Balance Outdoor Nationals… Recorded the 30th fastest 600m time in the US during the 2022-2023 season… Three-time NYSPHSAA Scholar-Athlete… Member of the National Honor Society, Math Team, and Student-Athlete Leadership Council.
