2008-09:
Indoor: Finished 20th in the 3,000 meter at the Fordham Invite (12/5).
Outdoor: Finished tenth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the America East Championship (5/3)... crossed sixth in the steeplechase at the Yale Invitational (4/26)... ran a season-best time of 4:20.23 in the 1,500-meter at the Monmouth Invitational (3/28).
High School:
Three-time letterwinner at Penfield High School... named team captain in 2007... named 1st team all-county in cross country (2006, 07)... named to the All-Greater Rochester cross country team (2007).
