2014-15:
Indoor:Won the weight throw (16.30 meters) at the Fordham Christmas Classic (12/5)...finished third and qualified for the IC4As in the weight throw (17.73 meters) at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/16)...was third in weight throw (17.27 meters) at Metro Team Challenge (1/23)...was fourth in the weight throw (17.57 meters) at the America East Indoor Championships (2/20).
Outdoor: Placed first in the hammer throw at 45.08 meters and second in the javelin throw at 52.34 meters at the Stony Brook Quad Meet (3/28).

2013-14: 
Indoor: Started his junior season with a win in the weight throw (14.94 meters) and a third-place finish in the shot put (12.19 meters) in the Fordham Quad Meet (12/6)...won weight throw with a16.64-meter heavy at the Gotham Cup (1/18)...broke a school record, qualified for the IC4As and placed first in the weight throw with a 17.85-meter heave at the NYU Team Challenge (1/24)...met IC4A standard and placed fourth in the weight throw on a 17.21-meter throw at the Metropolitan Championships (1/31)...hit IC4A qualifier for third time and placed sixth in the weight throw on a 7.33-meter heave at the America East Championships (2/23).
Outdoor: Won the hammer throw in a 48.73-meter toss and was second in the javelin at 49.68 meters at the Stony Brook Quad Meet (3/29)...tallied a 53.03 throw and qualified for the IC4As in the hammer throw at the Wolfie Invite (4/19).

2012-13:
Indoor: Placed 15th on a 14.12-meter throw in the weight throw at the NY Gotham Cup (Jan. 11)...notched a personal-best 15.44-meter throw and placed third in the weight throwat the NYU Team Challenge (Jan. 19)...finished seventh in the weight throw at the Metropolitan Championships (Jan. 24-25)...placed seventh in the weight throwat the Giegengack Invitational (Feb. 1-2). 
Outdoor:Finished third in the javelin throw at the Wolfie Invite (4/20).

High School: A 2011 graduate of St. Anthony's High School ... coached by John McCree ... all-league sophomore, junior and senior years ... Empire State Games qualifier ... qualified for nationals as a junior and senior ... also played football.

Personal:Born Chris Hand on March 3, 1993 in Huntington, New York ... son of Patricia and Chris ... Father, Chris, played football at Syracuse and in the NFL ... uncles, Larry and Ted, also played in the NFL.
