2008-09:
Indoor: Crossed 17th in the 3,000 meter at the America East Championships (2/21)... ran a season-best time of 4:36.58 in the mile at the Giegengack Invitational (2/7)... took 21st in the 3,000 meter at the Fordham Invite (12/5).
Outdoor: Crossed 19th in the 5,000-meter at the America East Championship (5/3)... finished seventh in the 3,000-meter at the Quinnipiac Classic (4/8)... ran a season-best time of 4:16.38 in the 1,500-meter at the Yale Invitational (4/26).
High School:
12-time letterwinner at East Islip High School... a three-time captain... named all-conference in track (2006) and all-county in cross country (2007)... a member of the national honors society and an AP scholar with distinction.
