2008-09:
Indoor: Crossed 18th in the 3,000 meter at the America East Championships (2/21)... ran a season-best time of 4:46.90 in the mile at the Giegengack Invitational (2/7)... took 16th in the 3,000 meter at the Metropolitan Championships (1/29).
Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 16:10.82 in the 5,000-meter at the America East Championship (5/3)... took 13th in the 5,000 at the Yale Invitational (4/26)... finished ninth in the 3,000-meter at the Quinnipiac Classic (4/8)... took 11th in the 10,000-meter at the Monmouth Invitational (3/28).
2007-2008:
Finished ninth in the outdoor 3,000-meters at the Quinnipiac Invitational (4/9)... took 34th in the outdoor 1,5000-meters at both the UMASS Invitational (4/12) and SCSU Invitational (3/29).
High School:
A two-year letter winner in cross country and track at Glastonbury High School.
