2014: Won Stony Brook Season Opener in 6k time of 16:02.65 (8/30)...posted team-best 8k time of 25:16 and placed 41st out of 184 runners at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (9/26)...America East Performer of the Week (10/1)...clocked in at 24:05 for a third-place finish in the 8k at the Princeton Invitational (10/18)...won his second individual title in three years in an 8k time of 24:41.23, becoming the first Seawolf--man or woman--and fifth conference men's runner to win multiple individual championships (11/1)...received Elite 18 Award for academic and athletic achievement (11/1).

2013: Placed fifth in 15:12.09 at the CCSU Mini Meet (10/25)...picked up all-conference honors with a sixth-place finish in 25:13.27 at the America East Championship meet (11/2).

2012: America East Cross Country Scholar-Athlete...America East individual champion...USTFCCCA All-Academic...COSIDA Academic All-District.

2011: America East Cross Country Scholar-Athlete ... America East All-Academic Team ... All-Conference Team ... USTFCCCA All-Region ... finished 118th at the Paul Short Run (25:37) ... placed fifth at the Princeton Invitational (25:04) ... took third at the America East Championships (24:35.76) ... finished 25th at the NCAA Regional Championships.
